Track Descriptions:

1. CCDM Theme - Chicago Chip Fest 2015. After being lucky enough to be invited to BRKfest and playing a few shows/raves, I got invited to be part of CCF. Although I had written singular songs before, the ability to create an entire set out of one MOD had become an easy way for me to ensure a feel for my shows, and thus I used this song to introduce many of the elements that are common in my Amiga material. Written on the Amiga 1200

2. Quixotic Fruit Flies - Few people were lucky enough to see the mess that was the first Radiograffiti Amiga battle. For that event Stagediver and myself challenged each other to writing four new songs and an introductory piece using only what we could mod or install into Amiga 600s. This was the opening song, meant to sound shitty until the main phrase kicks in.

3. Rooster of Dirsh - Originally a three part song, of which the best two were mixed together here, Rooster of Dirsh came of a failed collaboration between fellow Amiga artists. Although the comp never came to fruition, this .wav file survived. Originally written on an Amiga 500.

4. Wilted Gray Photos - I was lucky enough to nab a NTSC Amiga 600 early on in my Amiga collecting days. This represented a huge upgrade to my production, as I was no longer limited to floppies as my storage medium, and had more than one megabyte of RAM to play with. If you study the MOD, you can still see some space saving techniques for maximum use of RAM.

5. Gamelan Night Warriors - One of my hugest influences from music is Gamelan, from the harsh metallic sounds, to the soothing shimmer frequencies. Stealing and rearranging a phrase from the song "Pendet" provides the harmonies, while flat drums and cold melodies provide the over-arching feel of peace through complete dissonance. Written on the Amiga 1200 for BRKfest 2012

6. Only Dragons Make Techno - I first met Tyler through a weird series of circumstances, including a workshop on trackers held at what was Dorkbot in Chicago. At this workshop, the splash screen for Octamed V4 showed up to which someone passively said, "Why the hell is there a dragon." To which Tyler immediately responded unironically with "Only Dragons Make Techno". The idea stuck in my head, and at BRKfest 2012 I used this song to change what was an almost all chiphouse event, to a raving moshpit. Also Written on the Amiga 1200.

7. Flesh Tide - This is one of the first three songs I had written in Amiga format. Due to a lack of samples, or the ability to create my own on an Amiga 500, the manipulation of internal data files became an easy way to make instruments. With the addition of a few floppies full of the standard breaks, this song quickly formed itself from what was available.

8. Wrong (Klaxxoncore Outro) - The reality we live in is an ugly one on the majority. I witness our culture devour everything in its path, and expel it onto the garbage heaps, while gripping on to virtues of the past. Everyday is numbing to the idea that everyone is slowly amalgamating into a monoculture, that chooses to put a blind eye and a deaf ear to anything outside of comfort. I see less fringe in the tapestry of life, only the perfect clean stitching covering our obsidian hearts. And it hurts. And this is Wrong. Written on the Amiga 1200 for CCF 2015.

Thank Yous: Mom Dad and Family, TSC and Sam "Hexadeci" my brethren miggy mashers, Mike "Kkrusty" and Nigel "Saskrotch" for all the crazy trips and local encouragement, Eric S. for the opportunities and encouragement provided, Noah "Hypnogram" for the invitations out, the Illinois Wisconsin Ohio Kentucky Missouri and Michigan Chip Breakcore and Experimental scenes for all the shows, to my friends, to my enemies, and finally to the Amiga 1200 that started yellow screening at the last show I used it at; you lasted 6 years under cigarette smoke, vaporizer steam, dust, bad power, a trip from Germany, being dropped, and general abuse from someone who likes to blow out the CPU on modern computers...couldn't ask for more.
